Our privacy policy has been designed and created to assure those using the our Platform of our commitment and to be forthright about how collect, use and share information.

Voluntarily provided information
This may include your name, address, email address, billing and/or credit card information etc., which may be used when you purchase products and/or services and to deliver the services you have requested.

We receive information from Users’ devices, including, but not limited to, IP address, web browser type, mobile operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer and unique device identifiers.

Usage Information
We automatically receive information about your interactions with our website, including the Platform and mobile software products, such as the pages or other content you view and the dates and times of your visits, to help us understand how you use our Platform, help us improve our Platform, and provide you information about our Platform.

Call and Text Information
We work with one or more third parties to facilitate phone calls and text messages between Shippers and FDPs. We receive information about these communications including the date and time of the call or text message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of the text messages. We do not record or have access to the content of the phone calls

User Feedback
Shippers and FDPs may be able to rate and review each other at the end of every delivery. Shippers may be able to see a FDPs’ aggregate ratings during a delivery. After a delivery, we may share feedback or comments that Shippers provide with FDPs, but we will not identify the Shipper. We may also share with FDPs their aggregate ratings. Shippers may also provide us information and feedback related to your experience on the Platform, including, but not limited to order reviews.

Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers collect information through the use of “cookies” and similar technologies to understand how you navigate through and interact with our Platform, to learn what content is popular, for authentication and advertising purposes, and to save your preferences. Cookies are small text files that web servers place on your device; they are designed to store basic information and to help websites and apps recognize your browser. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be accessed every time you use our Platform. We also use cookies for data analytics purposes, including from Google Analytics. To prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on . Background Information on FDPs
We work with third-party providers to perform driving record and criminal background checks on Prospective and active FDPs, and in some instances these third parties provide Prospective and active FDPs records to as part of the background check process.

Information from Non-affiliated Third Parties
We may collect and may make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our application and to ensure delivery of the services you need and request. When FDPs are offered delivery opportunities, they may be able to see the Shipper’s and Consignee’s locations. Once a FDP accepts a delivery request from a Shipper, the Shipper and Consignee can see the FDPs photo, first name and last initial and the FDP can see the Shipper’s first name and last initial. A Customer is also able to see a FDP’s aggregate rating, and other information to identify the FDP. During a delivery, the Shipper and Consignee are able to see the FDP’s real-time location. During a delivery, Shipper, Consignee and FDP are able to call and text each other. Shipper, Consignee and FDP phone numbers are masked and, only in rare instances, may they be able to see the other’s phone number. After a delivery, we may share feedback or comments that a Shipper provides with an FDP, but we will not identify the Shipper. We may also share with FDP their aggregate rating.

At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information as a means to keep you informed of other possible products and/or services that may be available to you. We may also be in contact with you with regards to completing surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services that may be offered.

We do not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent or lease any of our customer lists and/or names to any third parties. We may share non-personally identifiable information, such as aggregated user statistics and log date, with third parties for industrial analysis, demographic profiling, to deliver targeted advertising about other products or services or other purposes.

We may deem it necessary to follow applications and/or pages that our users may frequent in an effort to glean what types of services and/or products may be the most popular to customers or the general public. Shipper agrees that digitized signature or computer record of delivery receipt is acceptable as proof of delivery of any shipment hereunder.

We may disclose your personal information, without prior notice to you, only if required to do so in accordance with applicable laws and/or in a good faith belief that such action is deemed necessary or is required in an effort to: Remain in conformance with any decrees, laws and/or statutes or in an effort to comply with any process which may be served and/or our application;
Maintain, safeguard and/or preserve all the rights and/or property of INVEX Logistics LLC; and
Perform under demanding conditions in an effort to safeguard the personal safety of users and/or the general public.

Children Under Age of 13
INVEX Logistics LLC does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this application.

Unsubscribe or Opt-Out
All users of our application have the option to discontinue receiving communication from us and/or reserve the right to discontinue receiving communications by way of email or newsletters. To discontinue or unsubscribe to our application please send an email that you wish to unsubscribe to support@invexlogistics@gmail.com. If you wish to unsubscribe or opt-out from any third-party applications, you must go to that specific application to unsubscribe and/or opt-out.

Our application does contain links to affiliate and other applications. INVEX Logistics LLC does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such applications. Therefore, we encourage all users and visitors to be aware when they leave our application and to read the privacy statements of each and every application that collects personally identifiable information. The aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement applies only and solely to the information collected by our application.

INVEX Logistics LLC shall endeavor and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to our offices so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control. Even though we take precautions to protect User’s data, no security measures can be 100% secure, and we can not guarantee the security of Users data. Any information you transmit to INVEX Logistics LLC is at your own risk.

The company also uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for authentication and private communications in an effort to build users’ trust and confidence in the internet and application use by providing simple and secure access and communication of credit card and personal information.

Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement
INVEX Logistics LLC reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our application so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. If at any point in time INVEX Logistics LLC decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the option as to whether or not to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.
